Avoid Email Bomb

. Be very careful to select your receiptance of your email, no more but no less.

. Be very careful to “reply all”.

. Never use BCC.

. Never leave “Subject” blank.

. When you reply an email but change the topic, change the “Subject” as well.

. When you report something, please make sure the receivers have the same background as you.  Or you need to address as clear as enough.  Not just a simple words and then after 100 replies, the receivers still cannot have the full picture.

. Don’t just response “yes, I got it”, “thanks”  unless very neccesary.

. Don’t expect the receivers really receive the email, even you have tick-up the receive note option.
